Most people are living on autopilot

They wake up and immediately reach for their phones. They get dressed, go to work, come home, and scroll, without even thinking about it.
Then they do it all over again tomorrow.
They’ve gone through motions so many times they could literally sleepwalk it. I’ve been one of them.
I used to end days wondering where the time went and what did I actually get done.
Then I started looking at my days a little more closely.
Today’s Journal Prompt:
What did I do yesterday without really thinking about it? Which of those actions served me and which didn’t?
Be honest with yourself.
No pressure. No performance. Just observation. Write about what actually happened.
Did you scroll? Were there things you avoided? Did you catch yourself doing something and wondered, “why did I even do that?”
Awareness is where intentional living begins. Once you become more aware of what the heck you’re actually doing, you can start directing and stop being directed.
